SELF-SERVE RETURNS

Step 1: Login to your customer account by using the same email address that you used to place your order. A one-time code will be emailed to you to login to your account.

Step 2: Once you have logged-in to your account, navigate to the order that you would like to return/refund. Select the "Request return" button.

Step 3: Complete the return request by selecting the reason for your return/refund and finalise the request by selecting the "Request return" button.

Step 4: The process is complete. You will receive an email confirming your return request. We will review your request and get back to you timely regarding your return/refund.

MANUAL RETURNS

Please email info@itscalledfragrances.com to log a manual return. Please give us your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Also, kindly give us the reason for your return/exchange.

We will get back to you timely regarding your request.

Please note: We only offer free returns. If you would like to exchange your fragrance for another, kindly request a free return and we will refund you in full. Once you have received your refund, you can order the fragrance of your choice.
